Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
    2 fillets
  • Garlic
    4 cloves
  • Olive oil
    g
  • White wine
    0.3 cup
  • Salt
    pinch
  • Black pepper
    pinch
  • Parsley
    g

Instructions

  1. 1

Peel the garlic and cut them into thin slices. If you don't like strong garlic, you can remove the central germ with a knife, as it intensifies the flavor.

  2. 2

Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. 3

Meanwhile, season the chicken fillets to our liking.

  4. 4

When the oil is hot, add the garlic and brown it for a few seconds. It is important not to let them burn, as they would bitter the dish.

  5. 5

Next, place the chicken fillets in the pan and cook them for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden and well cooked. If the fillets are very thick, we can cover the pan so that they also cook inside.

  6. 6

This step is optional, but if you want you can now add the white wine to the pan and let it cook for 1-2 minutes more or until the alcohol evaporates.

  7. 7

Once ready, remove the chicken fillets from the pan and place them on a plate. If you want, you can chop some fresh parsley and sprinkle it on top.

  8. 8

To finish, pour the garlic and olive oil from the pan over the chicken fillets, and voila! We have our delicious garlic chicken fillets.
