By downloading and using Miso Cook, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Miso Cook offers premium features via "Miso Pro" subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings.

Miso Cook allows users to import recipes by sharing public URLs from third-party platforms (like TikTok or Instagram).

You acknowledge that Miso Cook simply acts as a tool to extract and format publicly available text and information from the links you provide.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to access and process the links you share with the app.

We do not claim ownership of any recipes, videos, or images imported into the app. All copyrights belong to their respective original creators.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content generated or cached within Miso Cook infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

To request content removal, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or Miso Cook internal reference to locate the material.
• Your contact information (email address and phone number).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing cached content.

Miso Cook is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that AI-generated recipes will be 100% accurate. We are not responsible for the dietary outcomes, health results, or cooking failures resulting from the use of the app.
